The FCA has today sent out the latest copy of its regulatory round-up newsletter. For Credit Unions the main points of interest will be the publication of two thematic reviews. These reviews are on Money Laundering and Complaints Handling. The money laundering review into small banks be found by clicking here. The complaints handling review focused on a wide range of firms can be found by clicking here. While neither review was solely focused on Credit Unions, the results will still be of interest to the sector. It also clearly shows these are areas that the FCA will be focusing upon for Credit Unions.
