A recent issue that we strongly support is Local Authorities opening up Credit Union accounts for school children. The initiative started by Glasgow Council, last year, is a fantastic idea and hopefully will help educate people about Credit Unions and the great benefits that they can bring. We therefore jumped at the opportunity to add our support to this campaign and gave an interview to BBC Radio Scotland and spoke to CCR magazine ( http://goo.gl/UMiI4z ) on this subject. We hope more Local Authorities follow suit.
